Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes up to 5 clients, 5 proposals and 5 invoices a month, and 10 jobs, for one user. Upgrade to Pro or Business when you need more.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Starting on the Free plan needs no credit card. You only add one if you choose to upgrade.
Will this work on my crew's phones?
Yes. ErgoMatk runs in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen like an app, so your crew can see their jobs, addresses and notes in the field.
Can homeowners pay online?
Yes. Homeowners pay by card from a link, and card payments are processed by Stripe. Online payment collection is part of the Pro and Business plans.
Can I import clients and jobs?
Email us and we'll help you bring your client list over. You can also add clients as you go.
What happens if I decide to leave?
Your clients, jobs and files belong to your business. You can export your clients and invoices to CSV from the app, and you can email us if you need anything else.
